Itinerary

We first work with you to prepare an itinerary that fits your desires and budget. Want to see chimpanzees? That is where we take you. Want to experience the great migration?  We know the time of year and location. Want to safari by vehicle, foot or boat? No problem. We are a company with our feet on the ground, literally. We are flexible, so we can accommodate your needs and desires.

Accommodations

Lodging options in Tanzania range from budget to ultra-luxury, including lodges, guest houses and well-appointed tent camps (glamping) in the bush. The food is fresh and delicious, and accommodations are made for dietary needs. Our guides know the staff and accommodations at each lodge, guest house and camp. They have stayed at them all and dined at them all.  We can assist in matching you to those that would best fit your needs.

Daily Touring

We don’t stop with flexible itineraries! Once here, we plan each day with you the night before, so that it unfolds to your liking. If you want an early start, pack up breakfast and get on the road. If you want Happy Hour in the bush watching the sunset – done. If you want a late evening in camp identifying constellations in the dark, clear skies with a late morning breakfast at camp – you got it. Or, if you don’t want to miss a thing and you want to go non-stop – your desire is granted. You don’t have to worry about trying to accommodate a group schedule because your private guide is here to serve you and your once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Our Guides

Our guides are with you from the time you touch down at the airport until you fly home. We provide a high-end travel experience at an affordable price. Our staff are all seasoned bushmen from the Maasai tribe with more than 75 years of collective Tanzania visitor guiding experience. All our guides speak fluent English, Swahili, Maa (Maasai tribal language) and a language only known to other Tanzanian guides. Having been born and raised in the bush, our gifted team has intuitive knowledge of the land and animals and learning passed down by the tribe elders. Through formal education in wildlife and environmental management or life in the bush, the knowledge of our guides is second to none. Each has a passion for what they do, a conservation mindset and an enthusiasm to share what they know in what could be an entertaining university course on the animals, land, flora and fauna of the area. And, of course, as members of the Maasai tribe, they can share all aspects of their culture. You will know your guide’s name and his bio before you arrive.
